Ishmael Soto: Mayan study

Ishmael Herrera Soto was born in Austin, Texas. He received his Bachelor's of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master's of Fine Arts from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield, Michigan. Soto is an Adjunct Professor of Art at the Rio Grande campus of the Austin Community College, where he teaches beginning and advanced pottery classes.
